Play an invaluable role in supporting others

Rain On Me is committed to advancing young people’s lives by offering a safe space for personal expression and growth, without fear of judgement. We survive on fundraising, sponsorship and donations from companies and individuals which enables us to facilitate free peer support groups and low-cost befriending services. Here’s how you can get involved.

I have been attending these online support meetings since the start of Covid and it's really helped me keep in touch with other people and manage my anxiety better. I feel less alone and actually notice genuine growth in me. Having these meetings made lockdown so much easier to handle.

Matt

It was the first time I've sat down with a small group of strangers on a Zoom Call, ready to discuss the topic of confidence. Brilliantly structured by the facilitator, the talk became a kind, honest, and vulnerable exchange of lived experience, learned advice and caring conversation.

My son attended the session and he was all praises for it. He had found people his own age to talk to, who were non judgmental and understanding. Thank you Rain On Me !!

Feeling Good

Coming to the Rain on Me Session has really helped me realise how much I'm still not letting go of in my life. Everyone was so welcoming and understanding. There is a lot to gain out of attending.

The exercises that Deep leads us through are super helpful. They can shift your thinking about your life and everybody in the group is so understanding. The support group is an incredibly positive space. Most people feel comfortable speaking up but there is never any pressure to share. I’d really recommend this group to anyone on a healing journey.

Imogen

Attending these sessions has helped me fight against depression. I never thought I would find a group where I would be so welcome and understood as I do here. Each session helps me take the next step towards overcoming my depression. Meeting new people has been great, in a totally comfortable and non-judgemental space. I’ve finally been able to be the real me.
